Free 2010 Map and Transport Update**

As part of the ProNav PNN300 package, we will also be making one free map and transport data update available to all our ProNav customers to ensure that your ProNav PNN300 is kept up to date with latest roads and any new road restrictions like bridge height restrictions that might become available.

The update will be available around the third quarter of 2010 and will be free of charge to download from the website. For a small fee of $9.99 (to cover processing, postage and packing) you can also opt to receive the update on CDROM. Details about purchasing the update on CDROM will be provided on the website at the time the update is made available to download.

To receive your free map and transport updates, you register your ProNav PNN300 and we will then notify you automatically by email when an update is available for you to download. That's it, nice and simple!

** Map and Transport Update Terms and Conditions

1. Customer name, address, valid email address and serial number are required for registration. Any incomplete, false or incorrect information will void registration.
 
2. The approximately size of the map and transport data update will be 250MB and download times will vary depending on your connection speed. Any and all costs, of whatever nature, that relate to downloading the updates, including but not limited to broadband connection costs, shall be borne by you, the customer.

3. The free map and transport update is only available to the original purchaser of the ProNav PNN300 system and Navevo Ltd reserves the right to request proof of purchase if it deems it necessary to determine a customer as the original purchaser of the ProNav PNN300 system.

4. The map and transport data updates are exclusively for use with the ProNav PNN300 system and will only update NAVTEQ mapping and transport data and no other data, including but not limited to, software, speed camera or POI data will be included as part of the update.

5. The map and transport data updates are provided on ‘as is’ basis and Navevo Ltd and its suppliers  make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise or that the update, or the server from which they are obtained, will be uninterrupted or error-free.
